On the second floor of a beautiful old building, the apartment has three bedrooms, two large and one small, which all have built-in closets. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a bathroom with a washer/dryer in it. The living room is spacious with large windows opening on to a balcony. The flat is situated 100m from the Acacias tram stop, with trams leading in to the centre of town. The rent is fixed at 3500 a month, with bills paid separately.
